TXLens

Free policy check — no account

Is your crypto deposit on a recoverable route?

Compare the platform, asset, network, amount and memo requirement first. Then check the public transaction record before paying anyone or opening a support ticket.

No wallet connection, no exchange login and no seed phrase. A policy result is guidance, not a guarantee.

Check the published deposit route

This first step compares the details you intended to use with the platform rules TXLens has reviewed. It does not inspect a transaction yet.

Policy guidance only. Nothing here moves funds, connects a wallet or proves what happened to a particular transfer.

Your route check will appear here

TXLens will compare the asset, network, minimum and memo requirement. You can then paste the transaction ID to check the actual on-chain record.

Step 1

Compare the intended route

This catches unsupported asset-and-network combinations, known minimums and memo/tag requirements before they are confused with a confirmation delay.

Step 2

Read the actual transaction

The TXID establishes which network was really used, what token moved, where it arrived, whether it succeeded and whether a memo or tag was recorded.

Step 3

Use the official recovery route

Only the party controlling the destination address can credit or return an exchange deposit. A third-party “recovery agent” cannot override that custody.

The checker deliberately separates policy from proof

Deposit policies change. The first answer is based on reviewed public rules and is labelled with the review month. The deposit screen inside your own account remains the authoritative current list.

A transaction diagnosis is different: it reads the immutable on-chain record. TXLens does not call a case recoverable merely because a table says the route normally works.

Recovery checker questions

Does this checker prove my deposit can be recovered?

No. The first result compares the details you enter with deposit policies TXLens has reviewed. Recovery depends on the actual transaction, the address owner, the platform's current systems and its decision. Paste the transaction ID after the policy check to establish the on-chain facts.

Why can a successful transaction still be missing?

Successful means the network processed the transfer. An exchange still has to recognise the asset and network, match the receiving address to your account, wait for its confirmation threshold, enforce its minimum and process any memo or destination tag.

Can TXLens recover or move the funds?

No. TXLens is read-only. It identifies what happened and points to the official route controlled by the receiving platform. It never asks for a seed phrase, private key, exchange login or wallet signature.

What if I do not have a transaction ID?

Check the sending wallet or exchange withdrawal history for TXID, transaction hash or TxHash. If there is no blockchain transaction ID, the sender may not have broadcast the withdrawal yet, so the sending platform is the place to ask first.

TXLens is read-only. We only use your transaction ID and public blockchain data. We never ask for your private keys, seed phrase or exchange login.
