How TXLens works
TXLens reads public blockchain data and compares it against how exchanges actually credit deposits. That's the whole trick: the blockchain and the exchange are two separate systems, and almost every missing deposit lives in the gap between them.
- 1
We identify the transaction
A transaction ID doesn't say which blockchain it belongs to, and a bare 64-character hash could be Bitcoin, TRON or the XRP Ledger. TXLens queries the candidates at once and uses whichever genuinely holds it, so you never have to know which network you used.
- 2
We read what actually moved
For a token transfer, the amount and the real recipient live inside the transfer event rather than in the transaction's top-level fields — which is why a block explorer can look like it says one thing while an exchange sees another. We read the transfer itself, along with the token contract, its decimals, the confirmation count and the on-chain result.
- 3
We compare it against the destination's deposit rules
Every platform credits deposits only under its own conditions: which networks it watches for that asset, how many confirmations it waits for, its minimum deposit, and whether the asset needs a destination tag. A transfer can be flawless on-chain and still fail one of those.

We tell you the likely cause and what to do
One cause, in plain language, with the recovery outlook stated honestly, the steps in order, the official support route, and a support message already written with the evidence in it.
Where the paid line sits, and why
Facts are free; interpretation is paid. Your confirmation count is a fact, so you see it. The number of confirmations your destination requires — and therefore whether you are waiting or stuck — is the diagnosis, so that is the part you buy. We think that line is defensible, and we'd rather state it plainly than hide it behind a blurred screenshot.
£9.99, once, for the transaction you're asking about. No subscription, no account, and 72-hour monitoring included.
What we can't do
- We cannot move, freeze or recover funds. Nobody who can do that will contact you first.
- We cannot see inside an exchange. We can tell you your transfer meets their published requirements; we cannot see their internal queue.
- We cannot be certain. Platform rules change, so we describe likely causes and say when recovery is improbable.
- We cannot help if the receiving address isn't yours and its owner won't cooperate. On-chain transfers are final.
