Why does every Solana row show 32?
The rules use Solana's finalised state as the common threshold. That shared number does not mean balances update simultaneously, because internal crediting delays remain platform-specific.
What pays the fee for an SPL token transfer?
SOL pays Solana transaction fees, including transfers of SPL USDT and USDC. If the sending wallet lacks SOL, no transfer is broadcast and there is no exchange deposit to credit.
