Deposit below the exchange minimum
Most platforms publish a minimum deposit per asset and network, and transfers below it are not credited automatically. The transfer still succeeded — the funds reached the platform's address — but their crediting system ignores it.
This is one of the few cases where the honest answer is often that the amount is not worth pursuing. TXLens will say so rather than sell you hope.
What usually causes this
These are the common explanations for this category of problem. Which one applies to your transfer depends on your transaction, the network it used and the destination's deposit rules — that is what the check above works out.
- A test transfer sent to check an address
- A withdrawal reduced below the minimum by the sending platform's fee
- Dust left over from another transfer
Minimum deposits, platform by platform
Below the minimum, a deposit is usually not credited and cannot be returned either, because moving it would cost more in network fees than it is worth. It is the one failure mode where the money is often genuinely gone, and the amounts involved are small enough that people send test transfers straight into it.

Questions
Can I top it up to reach the minimum?
Generally no. The minimum applies per transaction, not to the running total, so a second small deposit usually leaves you with two uncredited deposits.
