Recover a Binance deposit that never credited

Binance will not credit a deposit that arrived on a network it is not watching for that asset, even when the transfer is confirmed. For some of those cases Binance publishes its own recovery form rather than a generic support ticket.

Start with the transaction. The form asks for a hash, an asset and a network; guessing any of those from memory is how people open the wrong application.

Telling us the destination lets TXLens check that platform's network support, minimum deposit, tag requirement and confirmation threshold. You can leave it blank and still see everything the blockchain says.

Free and unlimited. No account, no card, no wallet connection — a transaction ID is public information and it is all we need.

What usually causes this

These are the common explanations for this category of problem. Which one applies to your transfer depends on your transaction, the network it used and Binance's deposit rules — that is what the check above works out.

  • USDT or USDC sent on a network Binance does not list for that token
  • ETH sent on an L2 Binance does not credit for ETH deposits
  • XRP, XLM or another tagged asset sent without the destination tag Binance showed
  • A deposit still inside Binance's confirmation window for that chain

What Binance's recovery form is for

Binance documents a self-service uncredited-deposit flow. It is not a promise that every missing deposit can be moved. Eligibility is decided inside Binance's own systems, and a fee is usually shown during an eligible application.

Use it when the transfer is confirmed, it was intended for your Binance account, and the asset–network pair is one the form actually lists. A deposit that is still pending on-chain is not a recovery case; it is a confirmation wait.

  • The deposit is confirmed or successful on-chain.
  • The transfer was intended for the applicant's own Binance account.
  • The asset, network and deposit type are supported by the recovery form.

USDT and USDC at Binance are not the same network list

USDT on TRON is a Binance deposit route in the snapshot TXLens reviews. USDC on TRON is not. The reverse is true on Base: USDC is listed, USDT is not. Copying a USDT TRC20 address into a USDC withdrawal is a different failure from sending USDT ERC20 to a TRC20 address.

Confirmation waits that look like a missing deposit

Binance's Ethereum threshold in this snapshot is six confirmations. Base is sixty. Arbitrum is one hundred and twenty. An explorer that already shows 'success' is describing the chain, not Binance's credit job.

NetworkTypical Binance confirmationsWhy it surprises people
Ethereum6Lower than several peers, so ERC20 often credits sooner
Base60Sixty confirmations on a fast chain still takes time
Arbitrum120The highest Binance L2 wait in this snapshot
TRON1Usually one confirmation; delay after that is not the chain

What a paid TXLens diagnosis adds

The free check identifies the chain, token, amount, addresses and confirmation count. The paid diagnosis maps that record onto Binance's documented rules and writes the evidence pack for the official form. It cannot operate the form, move funds, or guarantee Binance will accept the case.

Run the Binance pair through the eligibility checker

If you are unsure whether Binance documents the asset and network you intended, compare them first. Then paste the hash so the chain can contradict a memory of TRC20 versus ERC20.

What you get, and what it costs

Free, always

The transaction check: network, asset, amount, both addresses, timestamp, on-chain status, confirmation count, and a copyable evidence message for support. No diagnosis.

£9.99, one-off

The diagnosis: the likely cause, recovery outlook, step-by-step instructions, the official support route, wording written for that case, and 72-hour monitoring. No subscription.

Questions

Does Binance recover every wrong-network deposit?

No. Binance publishes a self-service route covering some asset and network combinations. Pairs the form does not list, or transfers that never reached a Binance-controlled address, are outside that tool. Check the official form rather than assuming either way.

Should I open a Binance ticket as well as the recovery form?

If the form covers the pair, use the form. Duplicate tickets on the same hash usually slow the queue. If the form rejects the pair, one ticket with the transaction ID, network, amount and deposit address is the documented next step.
