Crypto.com crypto deposit not showing? Check what happened

Crypto.com's two stablecoin lists each contain five networks but overlap on only Ethereum, Polygon and Solana. USDT adds TRON and BNB Smart Chain; USDC instead adds Arbitrum and Optimism.

That split accounts for much of Crypto.com's 16 tracked combinations. ETH is narrower than either stablecoin, with deposits listed on Ethereum, Arbitrum and Optimism, while BTC, XRP and SOL each use one native network.

Telling us the destination lets TXLens check that platform's network support, minimum deposit, tag requirement and confirmation threshold. You can leave it blank and still see everything the blockchain says.

Free and unlimited. No account, no card, no wallet connection — a transaction ID is public information and it is all we need.

Questions

What separates Crypto.com USDT support from USDC support?

The USDT-specific routes in this snapshot are TRON and BNB Smart Chain. The USDC-specific routes are Arbitrum and Optimism. Ethereum, Polygon and Solana are common to both.

Does a successful Crypto.com stablecoin route prove ETH is supported there?

No. Crypto.com lists ETH on three networks, fewer than either stablecoin. Polygon and Solana stablecoin deposits do not imply an ETH deposit route on those networks.
