TXLens
Free transaction check — no account

Crypto sent but not received? Find out what happened

You sent crypto, but the recipient or exchange still shows nothing. Paste the transaction ID below. TXLens checks whether the transfer succeeded, which network it used and the public facts support will ask for.

No wallet connection. No seed phrase. Your transaction ID is enough. The free check does not name a cause; that interpretation is the paid diagnosis.

Telling us the destination lets TXLens check that platform's network support, minimum deposit, tag requirement and confirmation threshold. You can leave it blank and still see everything the blockchain says.

Free and unlimited. No account, no card, no wallet connection — a transaction ID is public information and it is all we need.

What usually causes this

These are the common explanations for this category of problem. Which one applies to your transfer depends on your transaction, the network it used and the destination's deposit rules — that is what the check above works out.

  • The transfer is confirmed on-chain but the receiving platform hasn't credited it yet
  • It was sent over a network the destination doesn't credit for that asset
  • A required destination tag or memo was missing
  • The amount is below the platform's minimum deposit
  • The transaction hasn't reached the confirmation threshold the platform requires
  • The transaction failed on-chain, so the funds never left

Confirmations required, platform by platform

The same transfer is 'not yet confirmed enough' at one platform and long since credited at another, because the threshold is a business decision rather than a property of the network. Comparing them is the quickest way to see whether your wait is normal.

Where USDT is credited, by network

USDT exists on several networks and every platform picks its own subset. A transfer over a network outside that subset confirms perfectly and is never credited, which is why "I definitely sent it" and "they definitely have not received it" are both true at once.

Send support the chain record, not a guess

A missing-deposit ticket that omits the hash is unsearchable. Paste the TXID first; TXLens fills the network, amount, addresses and status into a message you can copy. The free version is evidence only. The paid diagnosis adds the likely cause and the wording for that case.

What you get, and what it costs

Free, always

The transaction check: network, asset, amount, both addresses, timestamp, on-chain status, confirmation count, and a copyable evidence message for support. No diagnosis.

£9.99, one-off

The diagnosis: the likely cause, recovery outlook, step-by-step instructions, the official support route, wording written for that case, and 72-hour monitoring. No subscription.

Questions

Does checking my transaction cost anything?

No. Checking a transaction is free and unlimited, and needs no account. You only pay if you want the diagnosis: the specific cause, whether recovery is likely, and the exact steps to fix it.

Is my money gone?

Usually not. Most missing transfers are sitting at an address on-chain, waiting on a crediting process or a manual support action. A few situations — deposits below a minimum, or unsupported assets — are genuinely hard to recover, and TXLens will tell you plainly when that is the case.

Do you need my wallet or exchange login?

Never. TXLens only needs a transaction ID, which is public information. We never ask for private keys, seed phrases, passwords or logins, and no legitimate service ever will.
