TXLens

Free evidence message — no account

Create a support message for a missing crypto deposit

Paste the transaction ID and choose the receiving exchange. TXLens turns the public chain record into a message you can copy into support — hash, network, amount, addresses and status included.

No wallet connection. Never enter a private key or seed phrase. A transaction ID is public information.

Telling us the destination lets TXLens check that platform's network support, minimum deposit, tag requirement and confirmation threshold. You can leave it blank and still see everything the blockchain says.

Free and unlimited. No account, no card, no wallet connection — a transaction ID is public information and it is all we need.

What the free message includes

Exchange help centres ask you to collect this list by hand. The generator fills it from the TXID so you do not have to retype explorer fields into a ticket.

  • Transaction hash
  • Network actually used
  • Asset and amount
  • Sending and receiving addresses
  • On-chain status and confirmations
  • Memo or destination tag, when the chain records one

Evidence the chain already shows

Enough for a support agent to search their watcher. It will not tell you whether the destination credits that network, whether a tag was required, or whether recovery is realistic.

Wording for the actual problem

The paid diagnosis names the likely cause, recovery outlook, official route and a message written for that case. That is the part a generic template cannot do without guessing.

Support message questions

Is the generated message the diagnosis?

No. The free message is the public blockchain record: hash, network, asset, amount, addresses, status and confirmations. It does not name a cause, a recovery fee or an official route. That interpretation is the paid diagnosis.

What do Coinbase, Binance and Kraken actually need?

The same identifiers: transaction ID, network used, asset, amount, destination address and on-chain status. Several also ask for a memo or destination tag when the chain uses one. Guessing the network from memory is how tickets bounce.

Can TXLens send the ticket for me?

No. TXLens is read-only. You copy the message into the destination platform's own support form. Anyone offering to log into your exchange or asking for a seed phrase is not a legitimate recovery process.

Do I need a screenshot as well?

The hash is the searchable bit. A screenshot of the sending withdrawal that also shows the hash can help prove you control the sending account. A cropped green tick without the hash does not.

TXLens is read-only. We only use your transaction ID and public blockchain data. We never ask for your private keys, seed phrase or exchange login.
