Deposit not credited to your account?
When a deposit reaches an exchange address but never appears in your balance, the exchange's crediting logic has either not run yet or has declined to run. Both are diagnosable from on-chain data plus the platform's published deposit rules.
The fastest resolution usually comes from a single, well-evidenced support request rather than repeated chasing.
What usually causes this
These are the common explanations for this category of problem. Which one applies to your transfer depends on your transaction, the network it used and the destination's deposit rules — that is what the check above works out.
- A missing destination tag or memo, so the deposit can't be attributed to your account
- An amount below the platform's minimum credited deposit
- An asset or network the platform doesn't support
- A deposit address that belonged to a different account or network
- A crediting delay or a stuck deposit on the platform's side
Confirmations required, platform by platform
The same transfer is 'not yet confirmed enough' at one platform and long since credited at another, because the threshold is a business decision rather than a property of the network. Comparing them is the quickest way to see whether your wait is normal.

Where USDT is credited, by network
USDT exists on several networks and every platform picks its own subset. A transfer over a network outside that subset confirms perfectly and is never credited, which is why "I definitely sent it" and "they definitely have not received it" are both true at once.
| Platform | Networks credited | Approximate minimum |
|---|---|---|
| Binance | Ethereum (ERC20), TRON (TRC20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), Polygon (PoS), Arbitrum One, Optimism and Solana (SPL) | 1 USDT |

What you get, and what it costs
Free, always
The transaction check: network, asset, amount, both addresses, timestamp, on-chain status, confirmation count, and a copyable evidence message for support. No diagnosis.
£9.99, one-off
The diagnosis: the likely cause, recovery outlook, step-by-step instructions, the official support route, wording written for that case, and 72-hour monitoring. No subscription.
Questions
What should I send to support?
The transaction hash, the network, the exact asset, the amount, the sending and receiving addresses, the timestamp and the confirmation count — in one message. The free evidence generator fills those from the TXID. The paid diagnosis writes the cause-specific request.
How long do exchanges take to credit a deposit?
Typically minutes after the confirmation requirement is met, though some platforms and networks take longer. Beyond an hour past the threshold, it is worth treating as a problem rather than a delay.
