TXLens
Free transaction check — no account

You sent crypto and it hasn't arrived. Find out exactly why.

Paste your transaction ID. TXLens finds the transfer, identifies the network and asset, shows you where the funds went and flags whether something is wrong — free, in seconds. You don't need to know which network you used.

Read-only, no wallet connection 10 networks No subscription

Telling us the destination lets TXLens check that platform's network support, minimum deposit, tag requirement and confirmation threshold. You can leave it blank and still see everything the blockchain says.

Free and unlimited. No account, no card, no wallet connection — a transaction ID is public information and it is all we need.

What's free, and what you pay for

We'd rather be blunt about this than surprise you at the end. The facts about your transaction are free and always will be. The diagnosis — why it hasn't arrived and what to do — is the product.

Free transaction check

Always free

What happened on-chain.

  • That the transaction exists, and on which network
  • The asset and the exact amount that moved
  • The sending and receiving addresses
  • When it was sent, and its blockchain status
  • The confirmation count
  • The destination platform, where we can identify it
  • Whether we have detected a problem, and in which area

£9.99 one-off

Why it hasn't arrived, and exactly what to do.

  • The exact likely reason it hasn't arrived
  • Whether the network you used was the right one
  • The destination's confirmation requirement, minimum deposit and tag rules
  • How likely recovery is — including when the honest answer is 'unlikely'
  • Step-by-step instructions for your specific case
  • The official recovery or support route, not a generic help page
  • Cause-specific support wording and the official route
  • A transaction evidence report you can attach
  • 72-hour monitoring, so you know the moment it is credited

No subscription. Nothing renews. You pay once, for the transaction you're asking about.

How it works

  1. 1

    Paste the transaction ID

From your wallet or exchange withdrawal history. We work out which blockchain it belongs to — Bitcoin, TRON, an EVM chain, Solana or the XRP Ledger — so you don't have to.

  2. 2

    See what happened, free

The asset, the amount, both addresses, the timestamp, the on-chain status and the confirmation count. If we can see a problem, we tell you which area it's in.

  3. 3

Unlock the diagnosis if you need it

£9.99 once, paid in crypto to an address generated only for you. You get the cause, the recovery outlook, the steps, the official support route, a written support message and 72-hour monitoring.

What TXLens will never do

  • Ask for your seed phrase, private keys, password or 2FA codes. Nothing legitimate ever will.
  • Ask you to connect a wallet or approve a transaction.
  • Claim we can recover your funds. We explain and instruct; recovery is between you and the platform holding the money.
  • Promise certainty. Platform rules change, so we say 'likely cause', and we tell you when recovery is improbable rather than selling you hope.

Common questions

Why is the check free but the diagnosis paid?

The facts about your transaction belong to the blockchain, not to us, so we don't charge for them. What we charge for is the work on top: comparing your transfer against the destination's deposit rules, identifying the cause, and telling you exactly what to do. That's the part that takes real effort to build and maintain.

How much does the diagnosis cost?

£9.99 once, for that transaction. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and you don't need an account to buy it.

How do I pay?

In crypto. You'll get a unique payment address generated just for your payment — no memo or reference to add, and nothing to get wrong. We suggest the network you already use, so you're paying from a wallet you know works.

Can TXLens get my money back?

No, and be suspicious of anyone who says they can. TXLens is a read-only diagnostic tool: it explains what happened and tells you the exact steps and the official route to pursue it. It never touches funds.

What if my transaction turns out to be fine?

Then we say so, for free. If the only thing wrong is that the destination hasn't reached its confirmation threshold yet, that shows up as a waiting game — and the honest answer is that you don't need to buy anything.

Which networks do you support?

Bitcoin, Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, OP Mainnet, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain, TRON, Solana and the XRP Ledger — including token transfers such as USDT and USDC on each, and destination tags on the XRP Ledger.

TXLens is read-only. We only use your transaction ID and public blockchain data. We never ask for your private keys, seed phrase or exchange login.
