One payment, for one answer

No. You pay once, for the transaction you're asking about. Nothing recurs and there is nothing to cancel — we hold no card and no payment method, so charging you again is not something we could do even if we wanted to.

It suits this product: everyone here has just made a crypto transfer, so almost everyone already has a funded wallet. It also means no card details, no chargebacks and no payment processor deciding that a crypto-adjacent service is too risky to serve. The trade-off is real, though — if you can't pay in crypto, we currently can't take your money.

No. Your diagnosis is tied to a private link, shown to you as soon as you have paid. Save it and you can reopen the diagnosis whenever you like, on any device. We don't ask for an email, so that link is the only thing you need to keep.

The free check will usually hint at that already, and if the honest answer is "wait for more confirmations" then we say so in those words. We'd rather lose a sale than take money for telling you to be patient.

There is no chargeback mechanism with crypto, so we publish a plain refund policy instead and honour it. If TXLens produced a diagnosis that was wrong about your transaction, tell us and we will refund it.
