Kraken crypto deposit not showing? Check what happened

Kraken credits 19 tracked asset-and-network combinations. Its USDT and USDC lists are the same size but not the same list: TRON appears for USDT, Base appears for USDC, and the remaining five routes are shared.

The stablecoin minimum is approximately 5 units for either token in this snapshot. Kraken also has a longer typical post-threshold crediting allowance than most entries here, at about 45 minutes, so network confirmation and account crediting must be timed separately.

Telling us the destination lets TXLens check that platform's network support, minimum deposit, tag requirement and confirmation threshold. You can leave it blank and still see everything the blockchain says.

Free and unlimited. No account, no card, no wallet connection — a transaction ID is public information and it is all we need.

Where these Kraken figures come from

  • Kraken support centre — the deposit and network documentation these figures are read from
  • Kraken crypto asset deposit recovery — Kraken publishes different outcomes and fees for uncredited deposits, missing memos, hot-wallet deposits, unsupported tokens and unsupported networks. Recovery remains case-specific and is not guaranteed.

The transaction check: network, asset, amount, both addresses, timestamp, on-chain status, confirmation count, and a copyable evidence message for support. No diagnosis.

The diagnosis: the likely cause, recovery outlook, step-by-step instructions, the official support route, wording written for that case, and 72-hour monitoring. No subscription.

Questions

Are Kraken's USDT and USDC network lists interchangeable?

No. Each has six tracked routes, but USDT includes TRON where USDC does not, and USDC includes Base where USDT does not. The matching list length is not evidence of matching support.

Which Kraken deposits have the narrowest network choice?

BTC, XRP and SOL each have one tracked native route. ETH has four, while both stablecoins have six, so the safe withdrawal menu depends materially on the asset.
