TXLens
Accountable, read-only information

About TXLens

TXLens explains why a cryptocurrency transfer may not have been credited. It reads public blockchain data, compares the result with published platform rules, and states the limits of that comparison instead of claiming access or powers it does not have.

Publisher and accountability

TXLens is the publisher and service identity responsible for this site. Content is maintained under the organisational byline TXLens Editorial. That is a team identity, not a person and not a claim of a professional qualification.

No named credentialed reviewer is currently available, so TXLens does not invent one or attach unsupported titles to its content. Automated integrity checks catch broken catalogue data and missing sources; editorial review checks claims against public ledgers and primary exchange, network and government material. The date shown on a guide records that source review, not the date of the latest deployment.

What read-only means

  • TXLens accepts a transaction ID and an optional destination platform.
  • It does not need a seed phrase, private key, exchange password, two-factor code, wallet connection or signed transaction.
  • It cannot hold, freeze, move, reverse or recover user funds, and it cannot act for a user with an exchange.
  • A paid diagnosis is purchased by a separate user-initiated crypto payment. “Read-only” describes the diagnostic access model; it does not hide the fact that buying the product involves sending a payment.

Free facts and the paid boundary

The on-chain facts are free: network, asset, amount, addresses, timestamp, status and confirmation count. The paid product is the interpretation for one transaction: likely cause, recovery outlook, next steps, official support route and monitoring. It is a one-off diagnosis, not a subscription, recovery service or guarantee.

The full decision process and source hierarchy are published in the methodology.

Limits that matter

A public ledger can show that a transfer reached an address. It cannot show an exchange's account mapping, compliance review, maintenance queue or decision to recover an unsupported deposit. Platform rules also change without notice. TXLens therefore reports a likely cause and identifies when only the receiving platform can answer.

TXLens is not an exchange, custodian, law firm, regulator or financial adviser. Information here is not financial or legal advice. Read the terms and privacy notice for the operational and data boundaries.

Corrections and contact

A useful correction identifies the page, the exact claim, and a primary source that contradicts it. TXLens re-checks the underlying rule, updates affected pages and moves the review date only when that source check has happened.

TXLens does not currently publish a general inbox or contact form. That is an accountability limitation, and this page says so rather than inventing an address that may not be monitored. When a public correction channel is configured, this section is the canonical place where it will be linked.

Until then, do not trust unsolicited social-media, messaging-app or email contact claiming to be TXLens support. TXLens does not contact people first and never asks for wallet secrets or an advance “recovery” fee. See the recovery scam guide.
