USDT sent on the wrong network

Because USDT looks identical across networks, sending it over the wrong one is the single most common expensive mistake in crypto. The funds are not gone: they are at the destination address, on the chain you used.

What matters next is whether the receiving platform controls that address on that chain, and whether they operate a recovery process.

Telling us the destination lets TXLens check that platform's network support, minimum deposit, tag requirement and confirmation threshold. You can leave it blank and still see everything the blockchain says.

Free and unlimited. No account, no card, no wallet connection — a transaction ID is public information and it is all we need.

Where USDT is credited, by network

USDT exists on several networks and every platform picks its own subset. A transfer over a network outside that subset confirms perfectly and is never credited, which is why "I definitely sent it" and "they definitely have not received it" are both true at once.

Could this be a wrong-network USDT transfer?

A successful USDT transaction can still be invisible to the destination when it arrived on a network that destination does not credit. The transaction ID proves which network was used; recoverability then depends on who controls the receiving address there.

Give support the USDT network recorded by the chain

A ticket saying only 'USDT' leaves out the fact that decides the case. Build the evidence message from the transaction ID so support receives the recorded network, token contract, amount and destination instead of a remembered ERC20, TRC20 or BEP20 label.

What you get, and what it costs

Free, always

The transaction check: network, asset, amount, both addresses, timestamp, on-chain status, confirmation count, and a copyable evidence message for support. No diagnosis.

£9.99, one-off

The diagnosis: the likely cause, recovery outlook, step-by-step instructions, the official support route, wording written for that case, and 72-hour monitoring. No subscription.

Questions

Can I recover USDT sent on the wrong network?

Frequently, yes — with a fee and a wait. Some exchanges run a self-service tool for specific network pairs; others handle it manually or decline. The diagnosis identifies your pair and the official route.
