USDT sent but not received? Check the network first

Was it TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 or another network? You do not need to know — paste the TXID and TXLens identifies it. The ticker is identical on every chain; the deposit addresses are not.

A successful USDT transfer can still miss an exchange that does not credit that rail. The free check names the network. The paid diagnosis maps it onto the destination's list.

Telling us the destination lets TXLens check that platform's network support, minimum deposit, tag requirement and confirmation threshold. You can leave it blank and still see everything the blockchain says.

Free and unlimited. No account, no card, no wallet connection — a transaction ID is public information and it is all we need.

What usually causes this

These are the common explanations for this category of problem. Which one applies to your transfer depends on your transaction, the network it used and the destination's deposit rules — that is what the check above works out.

  • USDT TRC20 sent to an ERC20 deposit address
  • USDT ERC20 sent to a BEP20 or TRC20 address
  • USDT sent to an exchange that doesn't credit that network
  • A deposit still inside the confirmation window
  • An amount below the exchange's USDT minimum

Where USDT is credited, by network

USDT exists on several networks and every platform picks its own subset. A transfer over a network outside that subset confirms perfectly and is never credited, which is why "I definitely sent it" and "they definitely have not received it" are both true at once.

Confirmations required, platform by platform

The same transfer is 'not yet confirmed enough' at one platform and long since credited at another, because the threshold is a business decision rather than a property of the network. Comparing them is the quickest way to see whether your wait is normal.

Could this be a wrong-network USDT transfer?

A successful USDT transaction can still be invisible to the destination when it arrived on a network that destination does not credit. The transaction ID proves which network was used; recoverability then depends on who controls the receiving address there.

USDT tickets die when the network is the wrong ticker

USDT on TRON, Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain share a name and nothing else. Support cannot credit a TRC20 hash against an ERC20 deposit screen. Generate the message from the TXID so the network field is the one the chain recorded.

What you get, and what it costs

Free, always

The transaction check: network, asset, amount, both addresses, timestamp, on-chain status, confirmation count, and a copyable evidence message for support. No diagnosis.

£9.99, one-off

The diagnosis: the likely cause, recovery outlook, step-by-step instructions, the official support route, wording written for that case, and 72-hour monitoring. No subscription.

Questions

How do I tell which USDT network I used?

The transaction itself proves it — that is exactly what the free check reads. You do not need to remember or guess.

Are USDT deposits on the wrong network recoverable?

Often, but it depends on the platform and the network pair, and it usually costs a fee and takes weeks. The diagnosis tells you which case yours is.
