Bybit pending assets versus manual deposit recovery

Bybit's unsupported-deposit article describes two different queues. If the asset appears on the Pending Asset page, Bybit expects you to use that self-service flow. If the deposit is absent from both deposit history and Pending Assets, Bybit may consider a manual recovery on a best-effort basis.

Those two queues have different fees and different minimums. Mixing them up is how people wait two weeks for a ticket that should have been a Pending Asset conversion, or pay a handling fee for a case the self-service page already covers.

Telling us the destination lets TXLens check that platform's network support, minimum deposit, tag requirement and confirmation threshold. You can leave it blank and still see everything the blockchain says.

Free and unlimited. No account, no card, no wallet connection — a transaction ID is public information and it is all we need.

What usually causes this

These are the common explanations for this category of problem. Which one applies to your transfer depends on your transaction, the network it used and Bybit's deposit rules — that is what the check above works out.

  • A token Bybit does not list, sitting on a Bybit-controlled address
  • A supported ticker sent on a network Bybit does not credit
  • A deposit that never reached a Bybit address, so neither queue can see it
  • A confirmation wait mistaken for an unsupported-asset case

Eligibility Bybit documents before the manual queue

The $500 minimum is a value threshold for the manual procedure, not a deposit-screen minimum for USDT or BTC. A small wrong-network USDT transfer can be confirmed and still sit below the manual route even when Bybit controls the address.

  • Self-service applies when the unsupported asset appears on the Pending Asset page.
  • Manual recovery is considered when a confirmed deposit is absent from both deposit history and Pending Assets.
  • Bybit publishes a $500 minimum asset value for the manual unsupported-deposit route.

Bybit deposit networks that still get confused with recovery

Bybit credits USDT on several EVM networks plus TRON and Solana in this snapshot. A Bybit USDT deposit that used a listed network and has confirmations is usually a crediting delay or an address mismatch, not an unsupported-asset recovery. The Pending Asset page exists for tokens Bybit does not list at all.

What to establish with the TXID first

A paid diagnosis answers those from the chain record and points at Pending Asset or the manual article. It cannot convert a Pending Asset, pay the handling fee, or make Bybit accept a case below the published minimum.

  • Whether the destination is a Bybit address on the chain the hash actually used
  • Whether the token contract is a listed Bybit deposit asset or an unlisted contract
  • Whether confirmations have already passed Bybit's threshold for that chain

Pending Asset or manual: check the documented route first

Bybit's two queues are easy to mix up from memory. Compare the asset and network against the reviewed deposit list, then read the hash before opening Pending Assets or a manual ticket.

What you get, and what it costs

Free, always

The transaction check: network, asset, amount, both addresses, timestamp, on-chain status, confirmation count, and a copyable evidence message for support. No diagnosis.

£9.99, one-off

The diagnosis: the likely cause, recovery outlook, step-by-step instructions, the official support route, wording written for that case, and 72-hour monitoring. No subscription.

Questions

My Bybit deposit is confirmed. Should I use Pending Assets or a ticket?

Look at Pending Assets first if the token is not a listed Bybit deposit asset. Use a support ticket for the manual procedure only when Bybit's article says the deposit is absent from both deposit history and Pending Assets. A listed USDT or ETH deposit on a documented network is usually not either of those queues.

Does the $200 fee always apply?

Bybit publishes that handling fee for the manual unsupported-deposit procedure. Self-service Pending Asset conversions use a different, asset-specific fee shown in Bybit's own flow. Neither figure is charged by TXLens.
