TXLens
Free transaction check — no account

Sent crypto on XRP Ledger and it hasn't arrived

All eight exchanges list XRP on the XRP Ledger and each recorded confirmation requirement is one. The meaningful failure mode is attribution, because an exchange can share one XRP address across many customer accounts.

The destination tag identifies the customer behind that shared address. A validated ledger transfer without the required tag can reach the exchange correctly and still remain outside every visible balance until support matches it manually.

Telling us the destination lets TXLens check that platform's network support, minimum deposit, tag requirement and confirmation threshold. You can leave it blank and still see everything the blockchain says.

Free and unlimited. No account, no card, no wallet connection — a transaction ID is public information and it is all we need.

The diagnosis: the likely cause, recovery outlook, step-by-step instructions, the official support route, wording written for that case, and 72-hour monitoring. No subscription.

Questions

Why can a validated XRP payment remain uncredited?

Validation proves the XRP reached the destination address. It does not identify the customer account when the exchange relies on a destination tag and the payment omitted or misstated it.

Do the tracked XRP confirmation thresholds differ?

No. Every table row records one confirmation in this snapshot. Differences in arrival time therefore come from attribution and internal crediting rather than competing chain thresholds.

Can a second XRP payment repair a missing destination tag?

No. A correctly tagged second payment can credit itself but cannot attach metadata to the first ledger entry. The original transaction remains a separate manual attribution case.
