Which exchanges omit OP Mainnet entirely in this snapshot?
Bybit and Revolut. Their tracked deposit matrices contain no asset on Optimism.
Where is OP Mainnet USDT absent despite other support?
Coinbase and Crypto.com both list other tracked assets on OP Mainnet but not USDT. Their network support therefore cannot be applied across token symbols.
What makes an Optimism address easy to confuse with Ethereum?
OP Mainnet uses the EVM address format and ETH for gas. The same account string exists on both networks, so a successful transfer proves the chosen chain worked, not that the destination credits it.
