TXLens
Free transaction check — no account

Sent crypto on Bitcoin and it hasn't arrived

Bitcoin support is simple in one respect: every tracked exchange lists BTC on the native Bitcoin network, with no token-standard choice to make. The policy variation is how much confirmation risk each platform accepts.

Binance, Crypto.com, Bybit and OKX record one confirmation; KuCoin records two; Coinbase and Revolut three; Kraken four. At ten-minute average blocks, that spread can add roughly half an hour before internal crediting begins.

Telling us the destination lets TXLens check that platform's network support, minimum deposit, tag requirement and confirmation threshold. You can leave it blank and still see everything the blockchain says.

Free and unlimited. No account, no card, no wallet connection — a transaction ID is public information and it is all we need.

Questions

Which tracked exchanges wait for one Bitcoin confirmation?

Binance, Crypto.com, Bybit and OKX. KuCoin waits for two, Coinbase and Revolut for three, and Kraken for four in this policy snapshot.

Can a Bitcoin deposit fail because BTC used the wrong token network?

Not within these tracked native BTC routes. A missing deposit is more likely to be pending, short of the destination threshold, below minimum, or sent to the wrong address.

What if a Bitcoin transaction has no confirmations?

It is still in the mempool rather than accepted into a block. Exchange confirmation thresholds have not started yet, and a low fee can keep that first confirmation pending much longer than the ten-minute average.
